Limited travel bursaries of up to 200 euros are available for participants without a university affiliation for the journey to Novi Sad. Transport between the two conference locations - Novi Sad, Serbia and Osijek, Croatia - will be arranged and fully paid for by the organization.



Subsistence expenses will be arranged and fully covered by the organization.

During the Croatian part of the conference, all participants will be staying in Hotel Osijek, a 4 star hotel conveniently located in the city centre, in the Winter Port, close to the river promenade.

* Turn right, into Lučki prilaz (69 m)

* Lučki prilaz will slightly turn to the left and become Šamačka ul. You will find Hotel Osijek on your right, at house number 4.
